• These rules may be updated at any time so please be aware of the changes and respect them. There may be cases where members can be banned both in-game and on the forum. This will also apply vice versa.

1. The use of offensive, vulgar, or racist names is prohibited.
2. You are not allowed to use the following details in your name: [SGA], [GA], [SGM], [GM], [MOD] or similar and claim to be part of the Metin2004 team. Those who do not respect this will be permanently banned without warning. The same applies to shops or guilds.
3. Threats, spamming in the in-game chat or insulting other players are punished with a temporary or permanent ban from the chat or the in-game account.
4. It is forbidden to trade game accounts with those from other servers or for real income both on the game chat, forum, discord, etc. It is forbidden to trade items between servers because this also includes advertising/name of another server. We are not responsible in any case for such hidden trades and we do not witness such negotiations. Keep in mind that most of them are scams and most of the time, one has to lose. Also at this point, sharing accounts comes into play, which is not illegal, but the Metin2004 team is not responsible for any thefts and disappearances from shared accounts.
5. It is forbidden to sell accounts or items in the game, or any other benefits between players, for real money.
6. It is forbidden to advertise other servers.
7. It is forbidden to use bugs and in case you identify any, you must report them. It is forbidden to use it to your advantage and is sanctioned with the permanent ban of all accounts that have benefited abusively from that bug.
8. Attempts to defraud and obtain illegitimate benefits are sanctioned with a permanent ban, the intention of players to abuse certain "errors" in our server without announcing them, thus obtaining things that directly affect the economy and activity of our server.
9. Lying and false reporting of certain situations as well as disinforming players is punished with a temporary ban. Example: item x disappeared, or I purchased item x and it did not appear, if they are with the aim of trying to obtain benefits unfairly. We are not trying to fool each other, we are trying to respect each other and develop a community as beautiful as possible.
10. Any attempt to cheat or recover funds from orders whose goods have been received and used is prohibited and punishable by permanent banning of all accounts + IP ban on both the game server and the metin2004.ro hosting. Even if disputes are subsequently won due to evidence provided to the competent authorities, the accounts will remain permanently banned without the right to unban. Also, the person in question will never be able to make any other payments to our online services. The person in question is directly responsible for the declaration made and any false declaration constitutes forgery in documents according to the legislation in force.

• The game team reserves the right to proceed as is most correct for the good condition and functioning of the game, even if this involves banning accounts. In any other situation not provided for by the rules, the community management has the final say!

REMEMBER! The Metin2004 team will never ask you for your login details (name, password). Disclosing these details to anyone else means that you are directly responsible in case of loss of your account or the assets on your account.
